Advertiser Disclosures

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Vegas Neighborhood Mail publishes these disclosures so every advertiser has an accurate, plain-language picture of what they're buying before they pay. Nothing on this page replaces your written quote, which controls in case of any conflict.

1. Campaign scope

  • Our first campaign is planned for the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada.
  • The first campaign is planned for approximately 5,000 selected homes in that area, delivered through the United States Postal Service using EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) style saturation routing.
  • Future campaigns may serve other Las Vegas neighborhoods with different household counts and different placement inventory.
  • Final household counts for any campaign are confirmed in writing in your quote before you pay.

2. Placement inventory

Each campaign mailer has 16 total advertising placements:

  • 6 Small placements per campaign.
  • 7 Standard placements per campaign.
  • 3 Large placements per campaign.

Available placement counts shown on the site update as inventory is reserved. Placement availability is confirmed by Vegas Neighborhood Mail before any reservation is finalized.

3. Category exclusivity

Vegas Neighborhood Mail limits each campaign mailer to one approved advertiser per business category. Category exclusivity means no direct competitor in your approved category will be added to the same mailer.

  • Category exclusivity applies to a specific campaign mailer. It is not permanent, is not city-wide, and does not extend to future campaigns.
  • Category classification requires review by our team. Similar categories are not automatically treated as the same category.
  • To keep exclusivity meaningful, we ask each advertiser to describe the exact services they want protected. That description guides how we handle overlap requests.

4. Reservations, confirmation, and refunds

  • Reservations are handled on a first-approved, first-paid basis. Submitting a request does not reserve a category. Payment for the approved placement reserves the category on that campaign.
  • A campaign is confirmed only after at least 12 of the 16 advertising spots are fully paid. Until confirmation, any mailing date shown is estimated.
  • If the campaign does not reach 12 fully paid spots by the confirmation deadline, you may transfer your payment to a future campaign or receive a full refund of the placement price. Your choice.

Full details are in our Campaign Terms.

5. Concept previews vs. final artwork

Concept previews generated by the Ad Preview Studio are illustrative only. Final artwork specifications, bleed and safe area, image resolution, and color reproduction are shared with each advertiser before production. Nothing prints until you approve the final proof in writing.

6. Per-household math

Any per-household figure shown on the site (for example, a placement price divided by the number of selected homes in a campaign) is simple arithmetic. It is not:

  • a cost per lead;
  • a cost per phone call, text, or scan;
  • a cost per customer or cost per acquisition;
  • an expected return, ROAS, or ROI.

7. No performance guarantees

Vegas Neighborhood Mail does not guarantee campaign results, lead volume, calls, customers, sales, or return on investment. Response to any direct mail piece depends on your offer, category, timing, creative, follow-up, and many factors outside our control.

8. QR codes and directory links

Each printed advertisement may include a QR code that links to that advertiser's listing in our Las Vegas local directory. The directory listing displays the same offer that appears on the postcard so residents can confirm details, save the offer, or contact the business. We do not track individual resident behavior across the web.

9. USPS relationship

Vegas Neighborhood Mail is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the United States Postal Service. USPS is the delivery service. Delivery windows depend on USPS acceptance, saturation routing, weather, and other operational factors.

10. Final terms

Final campaign requirements, artwork specifications, deadlines, category classification, and pricing are confirmed with each advertiser in a written quote before payment. Your written quote controls in case of any conflict with information on this website.
