Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Vegas Neighborhood Mail is a Las Vegas, Nevada based shared postcard advertising service. Reach us at hello@vegasneighborhoodmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site for advertiser purposes. Residents may browse the directory, save offers, and contact businesses without creating an account.

3. Informational tools

• The Campaign Fit Planner and Category checker are informational aids only. Their output is not a reservation, quote, or guarantee of availability.
• Concept previews from the Ad Preview Studio are illustrative. They are not final print proofs, and colors, sizing, and layout will change during production.
• Placement availability, category classification, campaign schedule, and final pricing are confirmed by Vegas Neighborhood Mail in writing before any payment is collected.

4. Reservation requests

• Preparing or submitting a request in the Reservation Wizard, or downloading a summary, does not reserve a placement or category.
• A category is reserved only after we approve your request and you complete payment for the placement. Full details of how reservations, confirmations, and refunds work are in our Campaign Terms.

5. Advertiser content and license

If you submit content for use in an advertisement (including headlines, offers, logos, images, business information, and terms), you represent that you own it or have permission to use it, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate any law or third party right.

You grant Vegas Neighborhood Mail a non-exclusive license to reproduce, format, print, and distribute that content in connection with the campaign you reserved, and to display your listing and offer in the local directory during and after the campaign.

We may decline to publish content that we reasonably believe is misleading, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inconsistent with a family friendly community mailer.

6. Directory

• Directory information may be provided by participating businesses. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we do not independently verify every detail.
• Offers should be confirmed directly with the business before use. Expiration dates, terms, and eligibility are set by the business.
• Vegas Neighborhood Mail does not represent every Las Vegas business. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk copy directory data, forms, or content without our written permission.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the Site or its bot protection.
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, contains malware, or is sexually explicit, hateful, or defamatory.

8. No performance guarantees

Vegas Neighborhood Mail does not guarantee campaign results, lead volume, calls, customers, sales, or return on investment. Any per household figures shown on the Site (for example, price divided by number of selected homes) are simple arithmetic and are not a cost per lead, cost per customer, or expected return.

9. USPS

Vegas Neighborhood Mail is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the United States Postal Service. USPS is the delivery service. Delivery timing, saturation routing, and mailpiece handling are governed by USPS policies and may be affected by weather, holidays, and operational factors outside our control.

10. Intellectual property

The Site design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and code (excluding advertiser submitted content and third party trademarks) are owned by Vegas Neighborhood Mail and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, adapt, or redistribute them without written permission.

11. Third party links

The Site may link to third party websites (for example, business websites, menus, or booking pages). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

12. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vegas Neighborhood Mail disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vegas Neighborhood Mail and its owners, officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to Vegas Neighborhood Mail for the campaign giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vegas Neighborhood Mail from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your advertiser content, or your violation of any law or third party right.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
