Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Vegas Neighborhood Mail ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit this website, prepare a reservation request, use the Ad Preview Studio, or interact with our Las Vegas local business directory, and how we use and protect that information.

1. Who we are

Vegas Neighborhood Mail is a Las Vegas, Nevada based shared postcard advertising service. We operate this public website at vegasneighborhoodmail.com and coordinate printed mailers delivered through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

You can reach us at hello@vegasneighborhoodmail.com for any privacy question.

2. Information stored on your device

Several features on this site save information in your browser using local storage so you don't lose progress. This data stays on your device and is not automatically sent to us. Clearing your browser storage removes it. This includes:

  • Reservation drafts you enter in the Reservation Wizard.
  • Saved businesses from the local directory.
  • Offers saved to your on-device Offers Wallet.
  • Drafts of business suggestions you begin.
  • Ad Preview Studio content (headline, offer, logo, contact info).

3. Information you submit to us

When you choose to submit a reservation request, suggest a business, or email us, we receive the information you provide. Depending on the form, that may include:

  • Your name, business name, email, and phone number.
  • Your business category, website, address, and service area.
  • The neighborhood, placement size, and campaign you're interested in.
  • The advertisement content you prepared (headline, offer, call to action, logo).
  • Your preferred contact method and any notes you added.

We use this information solely to review your request, confirm category availability, contact you about your campaign, prepare your quote, and produce your advertisement if you move forward.

4. Ad Preview Studio uploads

Logo images you upload in the Ad Preview Studio are processed inside your browser only. They are used to render the on-screen preview and to generate the PNG you can download. Uploaded logos are not transmitted to Vegas Neighborhood Mail unless you attach them to a reservation request or email them to us.

5. Spam and abuse protection

Forms on this site are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs an automated check to distinguish humans from bots. Cloudflare may process limited technical signals (such as IP address, user agent, and interaction data) to complete this check under its own privacy terms.

6. Hosting logs

This site is served by a third party hosting provider. The provider may record standard request logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent, referrer) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. We do not use these logs for advertising or profiling.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set marketing cookies or use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking pixels. Essential browser storage is used for the on-device features listed in section 2. If we add a privacy respecting analytics tool in the future, this policy will be updated first.

8. How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share information only:

  • With service providers that help us operate (for example, our hosting provider, our email service, our print and mail production partners, and the CRM used to manage advertiser accounts). These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Vegas Neighborhood Mail, our advertisers, or the public.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case reasonable notice will be given.

9. Business directory listings

Business listings displayed in our Las Vegas local directory contain information intended to be public (business name, category, contact info, and any offer the business has published with us). If you're a business owner and want your listing corrected or removed, email hello@vegasneighborhoodmail.com. Third party links in a listing operate under those third parties' own privacy policies.

10. How long we keep information

We keep reservation and advertiser information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Reservation requests that do not become paid campaigns are retained for up to 24 months for follow-up, then deleted or anonymized. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 12).

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your choices and rights

  • Access, correct, or delete. Email hello@vegasneighborhoodmail.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may need to verify your identity first.
  • Opt out of contact. You can ask us to stop contacting you about your reservation or account at any time by replying to any of our emails or emailing the address above.
  • Clear on-device data. Clearing your browser storage removes reservation drafts, saved businesses, saved offers, and Ad Preview Studio content.

If you are a resident of a state that grants additional privacy rights (for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act), we honor those rights on request.

13. Children

This site is intended for a general audience of Las Vegas businesses and adult residents. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

14. USPS

Vegas Neighborhood Mail is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the United States Postal Service. USPS is the delivery service for our mailers. USPS's handling of mail is governed by its own policies.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
