Offer Redemption Terms & Consent

Last updated: July 23, 2026

1. What this is

When you redeem an offer or promotion posted by a business listed on Vegas Neighborhood Mail, the business may ask you to provide your name, phone number, and/or email address. This page explains what happens with that information.

2. Who receives your information

The name, phone number, and/or email address you submit is sent directly to the business offering the promotion as an email lead. Vegas Neighborhood Mail does not store your name, phone, or email address. We only keep an anonymous record that a redemption occurred (business, timestamp, the exact consent wording, and technical metadata like IP address for abuse prevention). We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

3. What the business may do with it

By providing your contact information and checking the consent box at the time of redemption, you agree that the business may:

  • Verify and fulfill the specific offer you are redeeming.
  • Contact you by phone, text message (SMS), or email with future promotions, updates, and marketing communications from that business.
  • Add you to their customer marketing lists, subject to applicable law.

Your consent applies only to the specific business whose offer you are redeeming — it is not a blanket consent for every business on Vegas Neighborhood Mail.

4. Text messaging (SMS) terms

If you provide a mobile phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from the redeeming business at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe from that business, or HELP for help. You are responsible for notifying the business if your phone number changes.

5. Email marketing

If you provide an email address, you consent to receive marketing emails from the redeeming business. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting the business directly.

6. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the business directly (using the contact information on their listing) or by replying STOP to text messages / using the unsubscribe link on emails. Withdrawing consent does not affect any offer you have already redeemed.

7. How long we store the record

Vegas Neighborhood Mail retains only an anonymous audit row (business, timestamp, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and technical metadata such as IP address and user agent) for as long as the business remains listed with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Your name, phone number, and email address are not stored on our servers — those go straight to the business by email. The business itself may retain your information independently under its own privacy practices; contact them directly for deletion. General questions can be sent to hello@vegasneighborhoodmail.com.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you, and to opt out of certain uses. Please review our Privacy Policy and contact us to exercise those rights.

9. No warranty on the offer

The offer terms, availability, expiration, and any redemption limits are set and controlled by the business, not by Vegas Neighborhood Mail. We are not a party to any transaction between you and the business and are not responsible for honoring the offer.
